Carpet widely used in apartments, hotels, stadiums, exhibition halls, vehicles, ships, airplanes and other floor coverings, reduce noise, provide thermal insulation and decorative effect.
Traditional carpets were usually made by hand cutting, electric cutting or die cutting. The cutting speed by hand is relatively slow, cutting accuracy cannot be guaranteed, often requires rework and generates more waste. Laser cutting is non-contact heat treatment, customers just load the carpet onto the build plate, and the laser system cuts according to the designed pattern, even with more complex shapes. In many cases, the laser cutting of synthetic carpets had almost no coked side, the edge was automatically sealed.
