The signature Clean Pack technology of Aeon Laser has taken another step forward! Now it includes not only linear guides and bearing blocks (as in previous models) but also the motion system and optical path. Protective curtains on the left and right sides of the work area prevent the spread of unwanted particles. This greatly reduces the need for machine maintenance and improves the engraving results.

Switching between a metal RF tube and a DC glass tube is smooth and fast. The software automatically aligns the laser tube and mirror with the correct position in about half a second.

The up-down system uses a single belt drive with a powerful stepper motor, which ensures stable lifting and lowering of the table, without tilting. Load capacity up to 120 kg.

∇ ACTIVE AIRFLOW

Say goodbye to excessive soot build-up on the workpiece and laser housing. A series of small fans are now used to supply make-up air to the laser housing, which in turn improves the rate of smoke removal from the system. The more air you move around the build table, the cleaner the results you get, which means less time wasted scrubbing with soot.

∇ COVENIENT WASTE COLLECTION

Cleanup is a breeze thanks to the new waste drawer. All cut pieces now go to the conveniently placed chamber below, which can be easily emptied. This prevents the accumulation of scrap pieces and creates a fire hazard.

Super Nova is equipped with a slate table together with a honeycomb, which is suitable for cutting and engraving.

Super Nova is designed to be easily transported through 80 cm narrow doors. The machine body can be divided into two sections, the height of the upper part is 74 cm. Users can walk through the narrow door very easily by removing the support section.
