Carpet widely used in apartments, hotels, stadiums, exhibition halls, vehicles, ships, airplanes and other floor coverings, reduce noise, provide thermal insulation and decorative effect.

Traditional carpets were usually made by hand cutting, electric cutting or die cutting. The cutting speed by hand is relatively slow, cutting accuracy cannot be guaranteed, often requires rework and generates more waste. With electric cutting, the cutting speed is high, but in the case of complex graphics or cutting corners, due to the limitations of the bend curvature, often has defects or cannot be cut. When using die-cutting, the mold must be made first, although the cutting speed is high, each new design requires a new mold, which generates high manufacturing and maintenance costs and extends the entire process.

Laser cutting is non-contact heat treatment, customers just load the carpet onto the build plate, and the laser system cuts according to the designed pattern, even with more complex shapes. In many cases, the laser cutting of synthetic carpets had almost no coked side, the edge was automatically sealed. Many customers have used our laser cutting machine for car, plane mats and doormats, they all benefited. In addition, the use of laser technology has opened up new categories for the carpet industry, namely engraved carpets and carpet inserts. Diversified carpet products have become more popular, well received by consumers.
